Christmas
Hi all this is my 1st Christmas without my husband I've noticed in myself rising anxiety over the last month about Christmas and now these last 2 days or so I just feel numb/disconnected as if my mind has said you need to get through this and all emotion has switched off is anyone else the same

I absolutely agree and going through the motions! Lovely family and friends support but an empty hole. Stupid things like handed a glass of wine/ Christmas food shop/Christmas lights.
