Hi Caroline, I just read this and I am so sorry for your loss. I know it must be feeling very raw right now. I,ve been widowed for 11 years. I’ve learnt to find things to focus on helps. I do a lot of art. Can I ask have you seeked any counselling at all? I did get some in my first year. Finding empathy through others who have also lost can really help. Feel free to message me if you ever need to off load.
