Moving forward
I am just over 3 years in to this awful journey… lately I’ve been really craving human connection. I was only 52 when I lost my husband, and I know he’d want me to be happy. I just don’t know where to start with apps. I joined chapter 2 last week but there doesn’t seem to be that many younger folks on there. I’m nervous to sign up and pay for more public random sites like match. Anyone got any advice?

Hey Anja. I am also nervous about the apps. Very sorry about your loss.I lost my husband two years ago. You are corrrect this is an awful journey and the people outside the widow cirlcle really, really don't understand our healing process. The advice I have is to not give out your email to anyone on these sites. Christian Cupid and Mingle 2 are alright, but my connections only last less than two weeks. I believe this site is the best place to share while we begin to know ourselves in our new life. This week, I decided to make a quality list for the potencial new Mr. This will all take patients and time. Be safe. 🧭
