The Who-What-How
A lovely lady here, Liz Horwill, introduced me to the Suno AI music app. For me it has been massive. Having written pages of words over the past two years - revisiting those moments and thoughts, seeing these past two years from two years later, writing lyrics for which Suno provides the music (I state the themes and vibe) has connected with something deep inside I never knew was there. And then in the past few days I tried adding our videos with the music behind. And that has reconnected with something even deeper. Personal therapy … honouring our forty years … indulgence … or whatever other label works. All I do know is that it does indeed work (and has become a wonderful outlet).
